I had a problem getting onto the Webex website and missed some of the early information. However, I did hear about the suggested circles at Dickerson/6th and Koch/6th. I caste my vote for each of these roundabouts to slow the traffic. Home background…. My home was built between 1916-1920. There was construction/remodeling by two different architects at two different times. The first architect turned the attic into a bedroom with two dormers…one for a bath and the other, I assume, for his drafting table. In the early 90’s two architects (who were married) did more remodeling…they extended the kitchen, opened up the living and dining room and added a garage with a room over it. Now my questions: 1. Did either architects replace the water and sewer lines from the house to the street when there was construction/remodeling? My concern for replacing water and sewer lines is the foundation of this home is rubble. I am afraid with new pipes installed through the foundation, the foundation might or would crumble and I have to have the house raised and a new foundation put in….at that point I would probably loose my mind! Any comment from you about foundation rubble and the addition of new pipes would be greatly appreciated. 2. Could you give me the linear footage of 515 South 6th so I can figure out the cost? I know it is $138.00 each linear foot. Thank you for your attention to this request. I truly appreciate your time to answer the questions and give an opinion. Best regards, Lila Bishop
