This is Zeb Breuckman 614 S 6th Ave. I do not support the proposed Special Improvement
District. I don't think a Special Improvement District should be used to pay for routinemaintenance of existing infrastructure. I would prefer the city fund routine maintenance
through the street maintenance fund and select projects to complete based on citywidecondition assessments rather than relying on residents to approve a patchwork of SIDs.
