I own a house on South 26th Ave in the Meadow Creek subdivision with my backyard bordering 27th Ave. I
am against R5 zoning for the proposed Buffalo Run subdivision. I am worried about my dogs, 5 grandkids
and neighborhood kids that play, walk and bike on the streets and sidewalks that have to cross those
streets. Please limit zoning to R3 and ensure that access to Buffalo Run be provided from Fowler Ln.
