I am a homeowner in Meadow Creek subdivision. I request that the commission designate the proposed
Buffalo Run development a R3 designation. That would better fit in the current developments Meadow
Creek and future developments being built like Gran Cielo. My concern is keeping the NEIGHBORHOOD a
friendly walking with kids and dogs. Thanks for time and consideration. Ken Runnion
