HomeMy WebLinkAbout20- Reimbursement Agreement - Covenant Investment COB ASSIGNMENT OF REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT PAYMENT WHEREAS, COVENANT INVESTMENT,INC. a Montana corporation with address of P.o. Box 11428,Bozeman MT 59719 (also referred to herein as"Developer") entered into an AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT dated August 12,2013, ("Agreement")with the CITY OF BOZEMAN, a municipal corporation with address of 121 N. Rouse,Ave.,Bozeman MT 59715. WHEREAS, COVENANT INVESTMENT,INC. desires to assign all payments due under the Agreement to BETTY MADILL, an individual,with address of 403 Slough Creek Drive,Bozeman,MT 59718; and WHEREAS. the Agreement provides in paragraph 10 that that"Developer shall not assign any right or obligation hereunder in whole or in part,without prior written consent of the City.". NOW THEREFORE, COVENANT INVESTMENT,INC.the Developer under that certain AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT dated August 12,2013 assigns any and all payments due under the AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT dated August 12,2013 to BETTY MADILL The City of Bozeman a party to the AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT dated August 12,2013 agrees and consents to the assignment of the funds due under the AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT dated August 12,2013.
