Reference: Manley Road R/W Acquisition Project Completion and Closeout
Dear Mr. Gamradt:
We have executed the right-of-way (R/W) acquisition task order agreement to acquire the necessary
R/W for the project. Executed easements and permits have been recorded at the Gallatin County
Clerk and Recorder’s office and the title closing and payment activities have been fully executed.
The final project engineering plans required R/W from 24 parcels. As you are aware, an acquisition
agreement could not be reached with one (1) property owner (Parcel 25), however, it was discussed
and agreed to proceed with the improvements without acquiring additional R/W. There are no
outstanding R/W agreements for this project.
The original acquisition agreements and recorded documents have been delivered to the Bozeman
City Clerk. Included with this letter are copies of the final acquisition agreement packets in full.
