Due to the City's Declaration of Emergency for the Covid-19 Pandemic, this meeting may be held online using Webex or other technology. You are being mailed this letter because you are considered an owner of real property within the affected area. At a public meeting on December 22, 2020, the Bozeman City Commission adopted Resolution 5241, a resolution of intent to rename Campus Boulevard to Stucky Road. Attached to this letter you will find a copy of the notice of passage of Resolution 5241. The resolution is on file in the City Clerk's office located at City Hall, 121 North Rouse Avenue, Suite 200, or by calling(406)582- 2320, or on the web at www.bozeman.net.The proposed change is shown on the enclosed map. Owners of property have 15 days from December 27, 2020 to make a written protest against the creation of the District. During the public hearing on January 5, 2021, the City Commission will accept public comment and consider all valid written protests submitted prior to the established deadline of 5:00 PM on Monday, January 4, 2021. NOTICE OF PASSAGE OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CHANGE THE STREET NAME OF CAMPUS BLVD TO STUCKY RD CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 22, 2020 the City Commission (the "Commission") of the City of Bozeman, Montana (the "City"), adopted Resolution No. 5241, a Resolution of Intention to change the street name of Campus Blvd to Stucky Road. You are receiving this notice because you are considered an owner of real property within the area affected by the street name change. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a complete copy of said Resolution No. 5241 is on file in the office of the City Clerk, 121 N Rouse Ave., Ste 200, Bozeman, Montana, and is subject to inspection of all persons interested. The Resolutions and accompanying exhibits may be also viewed on the City's website at www.bozeman.net. On January 5,2020 at 6:00 p.m.,in the Commission Room of City Hall, 121 North Rouse Avenue, Bozeman, Montana, the City Commission will conduct a public hearing regarding adoption of Resolution renaming Campus Blvd to Stucky Road and pass upon all written protests against the re-naming. Due to the City's Declaration of Emergency for the Covid-19 Pandemic,this meeting may be held online using WebEx or other technology. Written protests against the re-naming of Campus Blvd to Stucky Road may be filed by an owner of real property whose property in the area to be affected by the street name change. Such protests must be delivered to the City Clerk at the City Hall, 121 North Rouse Avenue, Suite 200, Bozeman,Montana not later than 5:00 p.m., M.T., on Monday, January 4, 2021. Further information regarding the proposed change or other matters in respect thereof may be obtained from the City Engineer, PO Box 1230, Bozeman, Montana, 59771 or by telephone at (406) 582-2280. CERTIFICATE AS TO RESOLUTION AND ADOPTING VOTE I,the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting recording officer of the City of Bozeman, Montana(the"City")hereby certify that the attached resolution is a true copy of Resolution No.5241 entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, DECLARING IT TO BE THE INTENTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION TO RE-NAME CAMPUS BOULEVARD TO STUCKY ROAD IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA."
