Re: Resolution No. 5140, Bozeman Downtown Business Improvement District
We, Geoffrey Angel and Carrie Angel, are the owners of property at 209 South 5"
Avenue, 622 West Babcock, 803 West Babcock and 105 West Main, Suite 3C. Some or all of
these properties are in the proposed special improvement district. We object to the extent and
creation of the district. In addition to paying our taxes we are being asked to pay an additional
sum for the"health, safety,prosperity, security and general welfare of the inhabitants of the
distric and the people of Montana." It is our position that the general tax fund should provide
this and a special improvement district improperly seeks to place additional burden on the
residents of this area. We object.
The notice indicated email was sufficient. If the original needs to be delivered to the City
Clerk please let us know.
