> I will start by communicating that we are NOT opposed to development and urban density. In fact , we support it.
> However, WE DO NOT support the R5 zoning of Buffalo Run and we also strongly oppose the developers wish to
bypass making improvements to Fowler and use our quiet and safe neighborhood to direct all construction traffic
through.
> The plan as it stands now is unacceptable.
> It would be extremely unsafe for the many children the play, and ride bikes as well as wait for busses at the
intersection of 27th and Kurk.
> What we would support is the developer paying for improvements to Fowler and accessing the property that way
(from West to East)
> There is no common sense reason why the plan to should go forward as proposed. It is grossly irresponsible and
inconsiderate.
> Please do not allow this to move forward until it is revised...
> Buffalo Run should NOT be developed via access through an R1/3, quiet and safe neighborhood.
