I am a resident of Meadow Creek.
This is a follow up regarding the Annexation and R5 Zoning for the Buffalo run project. I am still very
much opposed to R5 Zoning for this project.
The developer has offered some alterations to his plan to include limiting the number of units for
development through the covenants of the project. This is not acceptable.
Establishing R5 zoning for the project will set a precedent for the surrounding area which would not
be consistent with the guidelines for development as stated in the Bozeman Community Plan. Per
plan guidelines this area should be slated for low density development which the Buffalo run project
is not (even with alterations)! The alterations offered by the developer also do not address increased
traffic flow on Graf and the additional strain that will be put on an already taxed utility
infrastructure.
R5 annexation for Buffalo Run will have an adverse effect on the residents of Meadow Creek and the
rural atmosphere of the surrounding area. Please do not approve.
