I am a home owner in Meadow Creek in South Bozeman and I strongly oppose the proposed R5 zoning for
the Buffalo Run development project located west of Meadow Creek and Ainsworth Park. There are a
multitude of reasons for my opposition but in particular the projected large increase in traffic through
Meadow Creek is unacceptable. In addition placing an R5 high-density zoned area next to Meadow Creek
which is in reality an R1 neighborhood as-built seems very much out of place. I strongly urge you to reject
creating an island of high-density R5 zoning in what is a residential and semi-rural area. I believe there is a
place for R5 and it is closer to the urban core of Bozeman and MSU, but not next to what is an established
quiet, low-density single family home neighborhood in Meadow Creek.
