To Whom It May Concern:
As residents in the Meadow Creek subdivision we are not in favor of approving the R-5 zoning for Buffalo
Run.
1. We chose our lot based on many factors, and one significant factor was the smaller, quieter
subdivision. If building within the proposed Buffalo Run zoning happens, these attributes of our
neighborhood will be significantly decreased due to the increase in traffic through Meadow Creek.
2. With our most recent snowfall, our neighborhood streets have yet to be plowed in the last 3 days. This
side of town tends to be receive more snow and generally takes longer to be plowed. Adding an R-5
zoning with 150 or more extra units to these roads will only add to the safety issue on these roads.
3. When we moved in 4 years ago we knew there was a significant water pressure issue due to the high
demand. This lack of pressure is still the case and by adding more homes without providing a solution,
the problem will only be increased.
Please do not approve R-5 zoning for Buffalo Run.
