Dear Bozeman City Commission,
I am a resident of Meadow Creek living on South 30th Ave. Our family is not in favor of the R-5 zoning for the
Buffalo Run Development that is located across the street from us. Such zoning would directly impact our
neighborhood in many negative ways including way more traffic than our streets can handle and the loss of heavily
used park land. Our small Meadow Creek community shouldn’t have to bare the burden of this high density
development.
We hope that you vote against the R-5 Zoning for the Buffalo Run Development.
