NOTICE OF BUILDING PERMIT RESTRICTION FOR THE
AMENDED PLAT OF LOTS 5 THRU 28,BLOCK 105 AND ADJOINING VACATED
ALLEY WITHIN NORTHERN PACIFIC ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BOZEMAN
SUBDIVISION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all potential purchasers of Lot A in the Amended Plat
of Lots 5 thru 28, Block 105 and Adjoining Vacated Alley within Northern Pacific Addition
to the City of Bozeman Subdivision, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana, that the
amended plat of the subdivision was approved by'the .Bozeman Community:.Development
Director and Public Works Director before municipal water service connection to Lot A was
completed, as is allowed in Chapter 38.270 of the Bozeman.Munieipal Code. As such;Building
Permits will not be issued for Lot A of the above-referenced subdivision until all required
municipal water service improvements to that lot are completed and accepted by the City of
Bozeman or written approval is obtained from the City Engineering Division. No certificate of
occupancy for any habitable structure shall be issued for Lot A until such time as the required
municipal water service improvements to that lot are completed and accepted by the City of
Bozeman.
