As such;Building Permits will not be issued for Lot A of the above-referenced subdivision until all required municipal water service improvements to that lot are completed and accepted by the City of Bozeman or written approval is obtained from the City Engineering Division. No certificate of occupancy for any habitable structure shall be issued for Lot A until such time as the required municipal water service improvements to that lot are completed and accepted by the City of Bozeman.
