North 27th, 30th avenues;Kirk Drive, Meah streets, plus Blackwood Road would see additional traffic. This increased traffic would also affect the use of Ainsley Park! In addition, there is no public transportation along south 19th avenue, which means increased traffic everyday when Buffalo Run residents stampede through our neighborhood. To add to the increased traffic coming from Gran Cielo (700 people) development, sometime in late summer at South 31st Avenue and Graf street, with 124 lots, driving on Graf street, and 'IF' Bull Run is built, traffic on Graf to south 19th avenue will be slow as a snail! In summation, I strongly urge the commissioners to nullify the Bull Run R-5 'high-density zoning application. This application is not supported, or in the best interests of the residents of Meadow Creek, whom are tax- payers and voters.
