Subject: Opposing development of Buffalo Run
Dear City Commissioners -
I hereby strongly oppose the development of Buffalo Run. This development will not benefit
the Bozeman community and will adversely affect Meadow Creek. I am mostly concerned
about increase in traffic, R5 zoning adjacent to a community of mainly large
singel family home with ADUs. In addition, the water pressure at Meadow Creek is already
low and another development without proper infrastructure (pump station) will further impact
water pressure in Meadow Creek negatively.
