H. Public Comment This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but you may only speak once. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record and limit your comments to three minutes. I. Action Items J.1 Baxter Creek Zone Map Amendment to Change 18.24 Acres from B-2 (Community Business District)to B-2M (Community Business District-Mixed), Application 20-387 (Saunders) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public comment, and all information presented, 1 hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 20-387 and move to approve the Baxter Creek Zone Map Amendment, with contingencies required to complete the application processing. J.2 Buffalo Run Annexation and Zone Map Amendment to Annex 20.79 Acres and Establish an Initial Zoning of R-5, Residential Mixed-Use High Density District at 5400 Fowler Lane, Application 20112 (Saunders) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public comment, and all information presented, 1 hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 20112 and move to approve the Buffalo Run Annexation with recommended terms of annexation, and direct staff to prepare an annexation agreement for signature by the parties. AND Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public comment, and all information presented, 1 hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 20112 and move to approve the Buffalo Run Zone Map Amendment, with contingencies required to complete the application processing. K. Appointments K.1 Appointments to the Building Board of Appeals (Maas) Consider the motion: 1 move to appoint two members to the Building Board of Appeals with terms expiring December 31, 2022. K.2 Appointment to Transportation Coordinating Committee (TCC) (Maas) Consider the motion: 1 move to appoint one member to the Transportation Coordinating Committee, City Resident position, with a term expiration of December 31, 2021.
