This email is in regard to the The hearing on February, 9th pertaining to the Buffalo Run Subdivision. We live in
Meadow Creek Subdivision on 27th Avenue and if the access/egress route remains as the contractor has proposed
the traffic will be devastating to our neighborhood. Many youngsters live along 27th Avenue and runners, walkers
and cyclists use the street and walkway. This is in addition to the normal traffic of Meadow Creek. The proposed
increase of 2,140 vehicle trips through our subdivision would be a tremendous burden and dangerous to all. Please
consider our concerns and turn the proposal down or make major modifications to the plan.
