To whom it may concern,
I'm not in favor of the R-5 zoning for the proposed Buffalo Run development. I feel that this
zoning doesn't match the zoning of the surrounding areas including the Meadow Creek
neighborhood.
The traffic plan is not acceptable as I believe it will increase emergency response times for
Fire and EMT personnel due to an increase in traffic and inadequate access points into and out
of the Meadow Creek neighborhood and proposed Buffalo Run development. I am also
concerned that with an increase of over 2,000 vehicles per day coming in and out of the
Meadow Creek neighborhood it will make pedestrian and non motorized traffic unsafe. Many
of us in the neighborhood love to walk and bike everyday. Children walk, bike, roller blade,
skate board, and more to the playground in the park. The park is loved by many and is used
year round. With the increase in traffic and loss of parkland we would be losing the character
and features of our neighborhood that make living in Meadow Creek enjoyable.
