Hello-
I live in the Meadow Creek Subdivision and I am adamantly OPPOSED to the proposed R-5 high density
zoning of the Buffalo Run development.
The Traffic Impact Study for Buffalo Run estimates 2,140 vehicle trips per average weekday on Kurk Drive
which is right through Meadow Creek. The traffic plan is not acceptable and would be a huge detriment to
the current residents of Meadow Creek. The increased traffic, traffic noise, speeding spillover parking on
Meadow Creek streets and loss of park land would be significant to all of us who live here. Safety is a huge
concern!
Please respect the residents of our Meadow Creek community. We have many families and individuals
would would be negatively affected by this high density development adjacent to our subdivision
