My concerns are mostly about the traffic it will bring through the subdivision. As you know S 27th St. between Kurk St. and Graf is only partially complete (east side). With this it is a narrow street and biking down it already feel cramped with the current traffic flow. Adding the propose traffic will only make this problem worse. I believe with new development we should be trying to make Bozeman as bike friendly as possible. Second, I believe with the increased uses of the road snow removal needs to be looked at. Currently that portion of S 27th is not on a snow route. Third, I have a concern about the TIS not looking at the intersection of Graff and S 27th. With the near completion of the Gran Silo subdivision and the proposed Buffalo Run there will be quite in increase in traffic there. My opinion would be that the completion of S 27th should be looked at, as well as extending the snow route from Graf down S 27th and possibly on part of Kurk St. Alternatively I think the paving part of Flower Ln. to make it the main exit for the subvision should be looked at. Overall, I think because the proposed subdivision is high density it should have a better plan for a connection to an arterial street.
