I am not in favor of of R-5 zoning!
As a resident of Meadow Creek, I would like to voice my opposition to the proposed Buffalo Run
development. Our neighborhood is low density and routing a high density development through our small
neighborhood streets will cause a significant negative impact on the safety of our children and overall
quality of life. Placing a road through the only park with a playground in our neighborhood is dangerous and
irresponsible.
While I understand that development is unavoidable, it must be achieved in a more responsible manner.
The only entrance to the new development cannot only be via Graf as the traffic studies show that it will
cause a significant increase in traffic and loss of park land. The current traffic plan is unacceptable.
