Dear City Commissioners,
I want to voice my concern over the proposed Buffalo Run subdivision. I am a resident of the
Meadow Creek Subdivision and would be greatly and negatively effected by Buffalo Run. I am
concerned by its density rating and where the traffic would go- it seems like the plan is for it to go
through our very intentionally quiet neighborhood and we do not have the room or streets for that.
It also is proposed, as I understand it, to take over some of our park, which seems like a terrible idea,
as I am sure you can imagine. Our water pressure is so low already and adding more to its demand
would make it almost untenable. I sincerely hope you vote NO on this proposal as it is not the place
or the density or the way our city needs to grow.
