Hello,
This comment is to voice my opposition to the Buffalo Run project being zoned as an R-5 and having the
only access to the project be though the Meadow Creek subdivision, consisting of an R-1 built houses (I
know it's zoned R-3) on streets that are not designed to handle the increased amount of traffic safely.
Clearly access should be through Fowler. I am also concerned about the water pressure loss, as it is already
low in our neighborhood and our home and many others require a booster to assist with water pressure.
