Subject: Meadow Creek/Buffalo Run proposal

Bozeman's growth is a boon for developers, but not so much for the citizens. Meadow Creek
represents why so many people are moving to Bozeman: it is safe, plenty of green space, nice
neighbors, and regulated traffic. I worry that the lifestyle we enjoy may not be available due to
rampant development. The current residents pay for development with increased taxes,
specials, water and utility bills. We are on a fixed income and have seen those charges raise
dramatically.
Besides worrying about how the proposed Buffalo Run development will impact our
quality of life, I worry we will be paying much more to continue living here while developers
increase their bank accounts.
Thank you, Please do not allow Buffalo Run development.
