As a resident of Meadow Creek I strongly oppose the high density apartment building proposed next to
Ainsworth Park. There is not a new road planned to manage the ensuing traffic, therefore all traffic would
be routed through our neighborhood. This is just not acceptable to the residents of Meadow Creek. Since I
moved to Meadow Creek 3 1/2 years ago, our development has been surrounded by new developments.
The newest one is Gran Ceilo and we haven’t even seen the outcome of that additional density of housing
yet. I have also seen the full development of Southbridge and the South Rows and the massive
development of townhomes along Enterprise and Graf. And again, we have yet to see the impact of Gran
Ceilo. Please do not permit another building project in our Neighborhood without proper planning for roads
and livability. As a side note, on Christmas Eve a car trying to get out of our neighborhood on Blackwood
into Southbridge where there is no outlet, backed up over a large tree in our yard and completely
destroyed it!! This was indeed distressing and a good example of overuse of our community roads already.
Please do not allow another high density development to surround Meadow Creek. It will truly alter the
livability and beauty of our community.
