Commission Resolution No. 3512 - authorize City Manager to sign - Change Order Nos. 2 through 1 1 for SID No. 669 (downtown streetscape improvements) and fire lines - Concrete Specialties of Montana, Inc., Belgrade, Montana - add a total of $56,753.65 and 3 calendar days b. Claims Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate persons to complete the necessary actions 5. Ordinance No. 1558 - establishing initial municipal zoning designations of "R-2" and "R-3A" on 18.7 acres located along the north side of West Babcock Street, east of its intersection with Valley Drive Motion and vote to provisionally adopt and bring back in two weeks for final adoption 6. Ordinance No. 1559 - amending Section 15.01.010, providing for adoption of current editions of various model building technical codes by administrative order Motion and vote to provisionally adopt and bring back in two weeks for final adoption 7. Public hearing - Major Site Plan with Certificate of Appropriateness to allow construction of 94,980-square-foot building with 18,884-square-foot outdoor garden center and two retail/restaurant satellite lots, on Lot 2, COS No. 2089 with deviation from Section 18.34.060 to allow the main peaked entrance to exceed the maximum building height by 8 feet - Home Depot USA for Cape-France, Inc.
