a. Commission Resolution No. 3512 - authorize City Manager to sign - Change
Order Nos. 2 through 1 1 for SID No. 669 (downtown streetscape
improvements) and fire lines - Concrete Specialties of Montana, Inc.,
Belgrade, Montana - add a total of $56,753.65 and 3 calendar days
b. Claims
Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate
persons to complete the necessary actions
5. Ordinance No. 1558 - establishing initial municipal zoning designations of "R-2" and
"R-3A" on 18.7 acres located along the north side of West Babcock Street, east of its
intersection with Valley Drive
Motion and vote to provisionally adopt and bring back in two weeks
for final adoption
6. Ordinance No. 1559 - amending Section 15.01.010, providing for adoption of current
editions of various model building technical codes by administrative order
Motion and vote to provisionally adopt and bring back in two weeks
for final adoption

11. 7:00 p.m. Continued public hearing - Major Site Plan and Certificate of Appropriateness
to allow construction of a 7,500-square-foot building to be used as warehouse for
building materials and a mechanic shop on Lots 1-6, Block 1, Rouse's Addition, with
deviations from Sections 18.50.11 0.B.1. and 18.50.110.B.5., Bozeman Municipal Code,
to allow backing into public right-of-way and to reduce the aisle width from 26 to 21 feet

18.34.060 to allow the main peaked entrance to exceed the maximum building height by
8 feet - Home Depot USA for Cape-France, Inc. (west side of North 19th Avenue, south
of Baxter Lane) (Z-02011) (KC)
