Hi Joey,
Based on the provided estimates for the change in trip generation for the Aspen Crossing Redevelopment project a
traffic impact study is not required. Please provide this email as the waiver for the requirement.

Subject: Midtown Crossing @ Aspen Redevelopment Traffic Requirements
Hi Shawn –
I’m working on traffic trip generation for the new Midtown Crossing @ Aspen project. Subtracting out the existing land use
trip generation from the proposed trip generation shows the peak hour new trips will be less than 100 new trips (similar to the
500 daily threshold). The ITE Transportation & Land Development Manual recommends the analysis for a development of
this impact to requirement a letter that includes trip generation, site distance evaluation, and evaluation of site circulation.
Would you like us to include a traffic letter in our next submittal or would you waive the requirement?
Thanks,
