Here is the site plan for the commercial area (as of today) along with the ACAD for the Pre-Plat. Thank you and let me know if you need any further information. Thanks, Matt Matt E. I got the following comments from Danielle for Northwest Crossing. Can you get me something for Lots 1-16 (see sheet 4 of 5 of the attachment). I can get you ACAD or whatever you need. Thanks Matt Hi Matt,   The following items are missing or require additional information: PP1 Checklist #10, no MDEQ application or MFE provided. PP1 #11, add the following certificate per Section 38.240.530: Completion of water related improvements (exempt well for the park). The plat will also need a parkland tracking matrix, but that can be discussed during review. PP1 Supplement E Encroachment permits or letter indicating intention to issue a permit. PP1 Additional Supplement M Utilities, provide private utility plan including interior easements. PP1 Additional Supplement P Parks and recreation facilities, provide a master park plan, and residential parkland tracking info. This is a standalone application that needs to be able to be reviewed by staff, the public, and the City Commission without referencing a separate project file. The narrative references transportation pathway design in the master site plan, again this is a standalone application. The narrative response to Planning Pre-Application comments appears unfinished, #24 has unapproved edits in word and some question marks. The landscaping plan for perimeter landscaping in boulevards and medians, landscaping of pedestrian pathway easements used for block length mitigation, and park and open space landscaping is required with preliminary plat. This landscaping is a required improvement either public or private and will be reviewed during preliminary plat, and installed or financially guaranteed by the developer prior to final plat approval.   I have reached out to Engineering for clarification on their comments.   As of right now, I am working from home as instructed by City Management due to the coronavirus. I am unsure how the City is handling application intake at this time. I will follow up with you as soon as I have more information.   Thank you,  Danielle Garber | Associate Planner, Community Development City of Bozeman | 20 East Olive St. | P.O. As you are aware, we are working on the preliminary plat for Northwest Crossing. At this point we are just lotting the south east corner of the property (see sheet 4 of 5). The remaining lots will be restricted lots needing further subdivision. I have attached the pre-plat for your review. I know you looked at this earlier with Greg S. I was wondering what PUE width (front, side, rear) and locations you would be looking for. The city is now making us show the PUE’s as opposed to just having a call out. Thanks, Matt Matt E.
