This property in in the Cooper Park Historical district so why is a modern garage allowed to blight the neighborhood? This trend will surely erode the character of the historic district transforming the another of Bozeman's wonderful assets into into another generic cookie cutter neighborhood. The proposed garage retains NONE of the character of the original house. Is the Design Review Board asleep or totally impotent? How was this allowed to happen? I understand that the City Commission has no interest in preserving the gem Bozeman used to be so this follows that lead. There is nothing more to say.
