Please do not approve the Buffalo Run subdivision in it's current proposal. I have several concerns but will
keep this to two: Meadow Creek will lose parkland. Granted, this is city property but the original developer
placed the park there because of other city regulations on subdivision development. There is a heavily-used
playground used by many small children at the park making this a very dangerous change. Secondly,
estimates of over 2000 vehicle trips per day on one street (Kurk Drive) is way too heavy and also dangerous
to the many walkers, joggers, etc. using our sidewalks and paths on a daily basis. Additionally, Graf will be
overrun by adding that many vehicle trips where as you are aware, there is already a subdivision being
