I write as a resident of Meadow Creek and on behalf of Meadow Creek
Homeowners Association, of which I serve as Board President.
I oppose the annexation as it is now proposed as it will negatively impact this neighborhood.
The commission has received numerous letters from Meadow Creek residents raising a
number of legitimate concerns which need to be taken into account.
To me, R-5 zoning is incompatible with our neighborhood and in the context of the Bozeman
Development Plan.
Ingress and egress to the development is of great concern until such time as Fowler is
completed. The traffic study seems to understate the impact of traffic both during construction
as well as residential traffic after build-out.
Demand on city services, water in particular, warrants concern.
In the interest of brevity I will simply ask that the number of issues raised Meadow Creek
residents be addressed.
