Dear City of Bozeman Commissioners,
We are against the proposed annexation of Buffalo Run as a high density R5 zoning subdivision. This will
have such a negative impact on the residents of Meadow Creek Subdivision. This high density will create
an enormous amount of traffic traveling through our subdivision along Kurk Drive as well as other
streets, thus making it very unsafe for the kids who bike and walk in our subdivision. This type of
subdivision should be located close to grocery stores,gas stations and other amenities, not in a
subdivision that is far from these. This will ruin the nice quality of life that residents in Meadow Creek
have come to enjoy because of the quiet and peaceful location of our subdivision. Also,the water
pressure in our subdivision is already low and this will reduce that pressure even more.
The city of Bozeman is growing and we would be in favor of the annexation of Buffalo Run if it is zoned
as a low density subdivision with approximately no more than 30 single family homes, not high density
apartments or condos. This would be more appropriate for this location.
Please be responsible and vote against having this property be annexed into the city of Bozeman as a
high density R5 subdivision.
