To whom it may concern,
I would like to voice my opposition to the proposed R5 zoning for the Buffalo Run development, west of
Ainsworth Park and Meadow Creek. As a homeowner in Meadow Creek, I have been expecting some
development. However, R5 development relying on inadequate access roads entirely within Meadow Creek
is unreasonable. I urge the City of Bozeman to deny this application and to suggest lower density
development and possible reconsideration of main access routes for Buffalo Run.
