To whom it may concern,
As homeowners within the Southbridge subdivision, we have become aware of the proposed R-5
development adjacent to Meadow Creek (Buffalo Run-288 condos) and are very concerned
regarding it’s consideration. Our concerns focus on the following:
Traffic impact to the Southbridge and surrounding area given the # of automobiles that would
be moving in and out of the new subdivision well in excess of 288.
The subdivision I have been told does not align with the cities plan for high and lower density
housing.
Impact to the water table in the area given the construction of these buildings
Park impact…..the smaller parks in the area already have approved and built high density
developments around them and are becoming over used as a result.
Community feel is being impacted in the area (R1 areas like the general Southbridge
subdivision) given increased population, traffic and feel of the community with all the high
density developments already in place or approved (Kagy/19st).
Please consider our opposition to be strong and concerned given this development as an addition to
an area that is already obsorbing numerous high density locations currently. Please honor the
wishes of community residents like us who appreciate a mixture of housing, but not a dominance of
one over the other.
