In my conversation with Chris Mehl, he explained they may well continue the testimony, etc. on this
hearing to continue running through the 25th
. However, the February 9 hearing before the City will
go forward.
This process is NASCAR fast! If this goes through and we don’t do anything we could have shovels in
the ground by April.
I spoke with Chris and he will send a proposal to us by noon tomorrow.
I left a phone message with Brian Gallik and hope to speak to him later this week.
