Good Evening,
My wife and I are opposed to the Buffalo Run subdivision as it will create more traffic in our quiet neighborhood
(R1) This is why we moved to this neighborhood. There are lots of children among the streets in the evenings riding
their bikes, and we already have issues with drivers from jam packed condos in our area. Having a R5 condo area
would increase road traffic way more than the 200 vehicle during peak hours traffic assessment. Let’s do the math...
288 condos... do you really think 200 vehicles. Let’s be honest shall we.
Claiming it to be affordable housing while exempting it from affordable housing does not make any sense.
This is not consistent with current Bozeman community plan.
I understand I might have missed the deadline to voice my opinion, but I just found out about it yesterday.
