The complex consists of four distinct buildings taking up an entire city block. Each building is nearly identical, containing multiple townhouse units. The
townhouses are three stories high, with a partially exposed basement level. Each has a concrete foundation and is built with metal and wood framing, clad in red brick veneer and horizontal vinyl siding with portions of corrugated sheet metal. The roof is flat, with metal-railed balconies on the third floor penthouses. Primary entries are on the raised first story, accessible by concrete steps with metal railings. A variety of window types and sizes are present and include six-lite windows with operable sash, one-over-one-lite double-hung windows, and single-lite casements.
