This site is a modern commercial building completed in 2013. It is a wood-framed two-story building with an asymmetrical gabled front. The roof is clad in standing-seam steel sheeting and the exterior walls are covered in vertical wood siding, corrugated metal, and poured concrete on the first story of the primary façade. The primary façade faces east onto S Wallace Ave. The main entrance is at the south end of the façade, at-grade. A single-stall garage entrance is located on the west elevation, accessible by an east-west-trending alley. A variety of window types and sizes are present and include long narrow fixed windows and banked one-over-one-lite metal-framed windows. The property is in excellent condition but is modern, completed in 2013. It was completed in 2013. It has not reached the 50-year threshold for consideration as a historic property and it does not satisfy Criterion Consideration G (properties that have achieved significance within the past 50 years). Metcalf therefore recommends the property not eligible for inclusion in the NRHP.
