The property was developed by HomeBase Montana and contains commercial retail space on the first story and condominiums in the upper stories. It is a five-story building. It has a rectangular plan shape and concrete foundation. The roof is flat and the exterior walls are clad in synthetic stucco and rough coursed cut-stone veneer. The primary entry is at-grade and centered on the south façade, beneath a flat-roofed canopy. Additional shop entries are on the south façade and east elevation, with large tinted-glass fixed display windows. Windows throughout the remainder of the building are paired and banked metal windows with sliding lower sashes. A parking lot fills the west end of the property. The property is in excellent condition.
