The property at 26 E. Mendenhall St. is a modern three-story parking ramp garage with an incorporated commercial portion at one end
of the primary façade. Built between 2006 and 2009, the structure is rectangular in footprint with exterior walls of concrete and brick, a flat as well as an open roof, and a poured concrete foundation. Large fixed windows and openings for vehicle access and exit are
interspersed on the main level. A glass windowed access staircase rises at the east corner of the front façade, projecting out and over the at-grade entry doors for the garage levels. On the front, north-facing façade, the two upper levels of the parking floors are open
sided, and fronted with low concrete walls separated by wide columns of brick. At the west corner, a stucco clad section contains a commercial business, accessed from the sidewalk. This modern structure is in excellent condition, and is known as the Bridger Park
Garage, operated by the City of Bozeman.

It has not reached the 50-year threshold for consideration as a historic property and it does not satisfy Criterion Consideration G (properties that have achieves significance within the past 50 years). Metcalf therefore recommends the property not eligible for inclusion in the NRHP.
