The property is a four-story flat roofed building with a two-story slope-roofed section, built as a hotel annex and restaurant. The 21st Century Modern style structure is new construction, with no historic parts, and is located on a corner lot with the primary façade facing north on W. Main St. It is a rectangular building, wood-framed, with a poured concrete foundation. The exterior walls are clad with vertical and horizontal corrugated metal siding, and vertical wood siding. A variety of window types have been used on the structure, primarily fixed-lite windows arranged irregularly and large divided-lite fixed windows. The site, built in 2017, is in excellent condition but is modern.
