The building is currently the American Bank building. It is a single-story structure with a rectangular plan shape. The roof is flat, with an overhang along three sides supported by a combination of engaged and free-standing square pillars. The exterior walls and pillars are clad in synthetic stucco. The primary façade faces south on to E Main St, with a covered drive-through banking entrance on the eastern end of the façade. A secondary entry is on the north elevation. Windows present consist of large tinted-glass fixed windows. Doors are also tinted-glass doors. The property is in excellent condition but is modern.
