It is a 2-story flat-roofed structure on a corner lot, with a rectangular plan shape and concrete foundation. The exterior walls are clad in red brick veneer. The primary façade faces north onto E Main St, and has multiple storefronts with large, fixed display windows. Deep set second story windows correspond to the storefront display windows below. Another storefront is located on the west elevation, located at the south end of the building. Two recessed bays near this entry contain display windows beneath cloth awnings. Windows in the second story consist of two-lite sliding windows. The site is in excellent condition but is a modern structure.
