This site is a modern residential condominium named the Hawthorne place, built c. 2017. The structure stands 2.5 stories high and has
a rectangular plan shape and stylist embellishments in keeping with 21st Century Modern architecture, with traditional influences. The roof is cross-gabled with two front-facing gables on the primary façade, which faces west onto N Church Ave. The exterior walls are
clad in horizontal siding, brick veneer, and corrugated metal sheets. The entries are recessed near center on the west facade, and accessed by concrete stoop. A variety of window types and sizes are present but all are metal framed. Window types include banked and paired one-over-one-lite fixed and casement windows. The north elevation has a three-stall tuck-under garage. Across the rear (east) elevation, individual units have meta-railed balconies.
The property is in excellent condition but is modern.
