This site consists of a modern mixed-use commercial and residential structure completed in 2019. The building was designed by
Denver, Colorado-based firm Johnson Nathan Strohe Architects. The current structure stands five stories high, with commercial retail space on the ground floor and residential apartments above. It has a rectangular footprint and overall boxy aesthetic in keeping with
21st Century Modern style. The roof is flat and the exterior is clad in a variety of materials including brick, corrugated metal, and vertical wood siding. A variety of window types, sizes, and styles are present and include sliding, single-hung, and fixed plate-glass
windows. The primary entrance faces north onto Olive Street, with garage entrances to underground parking on the east end of the north façade.
The property is in excellent condition but is modern.
