RE: Corrections narrative
The following corrections have been made to the drawings in response to the corrections letter
received.

A1-1 Site plan Revised plan to show vision triangles at corners of Babcock & S. 6th, the
house driveway and alley adjoining S. 6th, and the ADU driveway
adjoining the alley.
Revised parking space dimensions per corrections sheet
Updated project summary including scope of work, unit count and lot
areas per unit. The property will have 3-units total. (A 2-household
dwelling and ADU)
A2-3 & A2-4 House –
Exterior elevations, A3-3
Combined elevations
Per staff recommendations, construction of south façade dormer and
north façade dormer cladding will match the existing half -timbering
materials of stucco and trim work. The new roofing material will be
asphalt shingles.
