Please do not fund the widening of Kagy. Scale down the project and add roundabouts, turn lanes, improve
bike pedestrian infrastructure, but not lanes. Put the money you save into improving College from 8th to
19th. This is the most heavily used bike/pedestrian street in Bozeman, but is very unsafe and dysfunctional.
Add complete sidewalk system, safe and accessible crosswalks, bike lanes and turn lanes. This will reduce
traffic congestion, improve safety, and cut down on carbon emissions. Thank you.
