RE: 320 W. Lamme Street Detached Garage and ADU – Application 20-424 12-17-2020
Dear City of Bozeman Community Development
Thank you for your time and the issued comments for the fore mentioned project. Please see
the responses/remedies below,
1. Correction = Accessory Structure has been moved to the north 1foot, removing the prior
Juliet balcony encroachment.. Clouded 2/c1.0
2. Correction = Parallel parking spot has been removed. Clouded 2/c1.0
3. Correction = Paved off street parking space has been clarified (clouded 2/c1.0). Parking
spot has been moved out of ADU Setback, which triggered Stairs to be pushed forward as
well move garage man door to the north wall. Clouded 2/a1.1
4. Correction = Two car garage interior dimension requirements are clarified. As well upon
corrections, it was noticed the incorrect visibility of a stackable laundry on the above floor.
It is assumed this appeared to be a parking stall conflict and trigger the correction, as the
actual garage dimensions have not changed in this corrected submittal. Clouded 2/c1.0.
Please note the corrections above required revised elevations, sections and roof plans.
