Please don’t widen Kagy. It just doesn’t need it. At least not between Willson and Highland. I’m aware there is a
problem with day cares closer to 19th. Put in a turn lane and call it good. 15 minute waits at rush hours does not
constitute the cost involved nor the perceived good in exchange.
19th is your nightmare.
